While every care has been taken to let you know about sizing, we understand that on occasion, your chosen items may not fit as expected.
In this instance we will happily exchange the items on the condition that they are unused, unworn and have all tags intact. Special sale items do not apply.
All exchanges must be completed within 14 days of the purchase and an additional delivery fee will be charged.
If you receive a faulty item please call or email us so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. A full refund will be provided upon confirmation of the fault, provided that the item is unused, unworn, is not the cause of misuse, neglect or use other than as intended, and still has the tags intact.
